The Al-Ko 520BRE 'Classic' Petrol Rotary Lawnmower is a self-propelled machine, powered by a high-performance Briggs & Stratton engine with electric start for convenient, trouble-free ignition. Its multi-function capability allows you to work in 1 of three modes - collection, side-discharge or mulch. When working in mulching mode, grass-clippings are finely shredded under the deck, before being forced into the turf, where they breakdown into an excellent nutrient-rich compost. 1 of the many stand-out features of the 520BRE is its utilisation of Al-Ko's amazing 'Ultimow' technology. By doing away with welding in favour of using a single-piece cast deck, Al-Ko have dramatically boosted strength, durability & rust-resistance, while also improving airflow, allowing for enhanced collection & mulching performance. The deck has also been slightly offset to allow access to lawn edges, minimising the amount of time you need to spend grass clipping. Other high-quality features include a seven-stage adjustable cutting height, which allows you to adapt the machine to operate efficiently in difficult grass or weather conditions; & new extra-wide tyres, which protect the lawn & ensure the best possible drive-comfort.
